This is my spin on an effortless and casual day look. If I could wear jeans all day every day I probably would, especially these rad camo ones that I paired with my baroque printed t-shirt. Finding this perfect black cap reminded me of my childhood days where I used to not only wear caps every single day but collect limited edition caps, particularly Nike ones. I think it is safe to say I no longer collect caps, conversely I do own a lot of shoes though - lol!

Blogosphere
Hello Blogosphere. I have been absent for the past few weeks due to uni finals, but I am back and finally on holidays! Thought I would update my blog with some recent pics I took while on a shopping expedition. The weather has been a bit schizophrenic in Brisbane, thus the reason behind this outfit. I wore stretchy/comfortable acid-wash jeans with a detailed and edgy crochet top, and cut-out boots that are perfect for walking all day. Ciao for now.

Barbie
I recently had the opportunity to attend a friends Barbie themed birthday party. I finally got the chance to wear my beloved State of Georgia dress. I had bought it when it first became available for purchase, but just couldn't find the perfect occasion for it. I also got to wear my first ever wig...I'll be honest I kind of felt a little like Nicki Minaj.
I hope you all had a great halloween :)

Fluorescent
This outfit is based around the amazing silk kaftan/cape I recently purchased. I wore this outfit for work and had the opportunity to snap some pictures to share with you all. I matched the kaftan with my lime top, white skirt, and rose gold belt and wore my flatforms for comfort and height. I love how the pink and lime result in an orange colour.
Hoping your weekend has been as bright and happy as my colourful kaftan :)

Jean Junkie
It may not be obvious through my blog but I am total jean junkie. I have more pairs than I can count, and sometimes they are somewhat under-appreciated... I pop them on when I am in a rush or just to laze in, but rarely use them to dress an outfit up. Deciding to change that, I put this outfit together. I used my olive dress shirt in a more relaxed form by undoing the collar, rolling the sleeves up, and knotting the shirt instead of tucking it in. I matched the top with green heels which compliments my skin tone.
P.s. Since my last post I have had my hair in many ways but didn't get the opportunity to snap some pictures, so apologies for the repetitive hair-bun.

Suit Up
I have had this suit for a little while now but haven't had the courage to wear the pieces together. So recently I toughened up, ate some concrete and conquered my fear of looking like a giant flower. I initially wore the pants with a sleeveless blouse and my new fierce boots, and then added the blazer on top. As the outfit is already eye popping, I kept jewellery and make-up to a minimum.
